Currently, animals are only allowed in plots, except in high season.

While making the reservation you must add the number of adults, children and babies that will come to the reservation, this information must be given according to the maximum occupancy allowed in the accommodation without exceeding it.

In case of plots, you must also indicate the type of accommodation with which you will come, whether it is a caravan, motorhome, van or tent. If in addition to one of the above mentioned accommodations you are bringing an extra tent to sleep in, it must be added to the “supplementary tent” section.

Full name and surname, ID number, telephone number and email address will be required at the time of booking in order to have contact information if necessary and to be able to correctly identify the client at the time of arrival.

After giving the relevant information to your reservation and contact information you can leave us some comments to take into account in your reservation in the “observations” section. This section will be taken into account when assigning your accommodation whenever possible.

The last step to be able to reserve will be to pay a deposit through your credit card and the rest will be paid upon arrival.

We will then receive your reservation request and will confirm it as soon as possible.

2023’s cancellation and modification policies are as follows:

Modification policies year 2023:

Any modification, on your part, regarding dates, number of nights or other elements subject to rate may entail changes in the final cost of the stay.

The price that will apply in case of modification of the dates of stay will be the one in force at the time of the modification.

The modifications included for seasons: High, Medium III, Medium II, holidays and long weekends, as long as the minimum number of nights required is respected, will be as follows:

• If modified more than 30 days prior to the arrival date, it will be free of charge for the client.
• If modified from 7 to 30 days in advance, the establishment will charge 50% of one night reserved.
• If modified less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the establishment will make a charge of 1 night of the reservation.
• All modifications and/or cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing by the reservation holder or an authorized person by sending an email to info@campinglarosaleda.com.

Cancellation policy year 2023:

In plots and bungalows (all seasons):

The reservation will be understood as confirmed once the client has paid the corresponding amount through the payment methods indicated on the web (virtual payment) or by telephone (transfer within 3 days from the date of the pre-reservation).

All cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing by e-mail from the owner or an authorized person, addressed to Camping La Rosaleda at info@campinglarosaleda.com.

The date of receipt of the email will govern the calculation of the amount to be refunded, according to the cancellation conditions expressed:

• If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the establishment will reimburse the customer 100% of the deposit paid, but will have a handling fee of 10 €.
• If the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the establishment will reimburse the client 50% of the deposit paid.
• If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit paid will remain at the disposal of the company.

The cancellation of the client to exhaust the contracted time in a plot or a bungalow will not entitle the client to any refund or compensation of the price paid.

• We have 335 plots and 70 bungalows at the moment.

The dimensions of the slides are as follows:

• A slide for the smallest children less than 1 meter high.
• Slide for a maximum height of 1.20 meters.
• Slide for a maximum height of 1.5 meters.
