Check-in is from 15:00h on and check-out is till 11:00h.
Can I cancel or modify my booking for free?
The modification and cancellation policies for 2023 are as follows:
Modification policies year 2023:
Any modification, on your part, regarding dates, number of nights or other elements subject to rate may lead to changes in the final cost of the stay.
The price that will apply in the event of a modification of the dates of stay will be the price in force at the time of the modification.
The modifications included for seasons: High, Medium III, Medium II, holidays and long weekends, as long as the minimum number of nights required is respected, will be as follows:
- If the modification is made more than 30 days before the date of arrival, it will be free of charge for the client.
- If it is modified 7 to 30 days in advance, the establishment will charge 50% of one night reserved.
- If modified less than 7 days prior to arrival date, the establishment will charge 1 night of the reservation.
- All modifications and/or cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing by the reservation holder or an authorised person by sending an email to info@campinglarosaleda.com.
Cancellation policy year 2023:
For plots and bungalows (all seasons):
The booking will be understood as confirmed once the client has paid the corresponding amount by means of the payment methods indicated on the website (virtual payment) or by telephone (transfer within 3 days from the date of the pre-booking).
All cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be requested in writing by e-mail from the owner or an authorised person, addressed to Camping La Rosaleda at info@campinglarosaleda.com.
The date of receipt of the email will govern the calculation of the amount to be refunded, in accordance with the cancellation conditions expressed:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, the establishment will reimburse the customer 100% of the deposit paid, but will have a handling fee of 10 €.
- If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the establishment will reimburse the customer 50% of the deposit paid.
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit paid will remain at the disposal of the company.
The cancellation of the client to use up the contracted time in a pitch or bungalow will not entitle the client to any refund or compensation of the price paid.
What is included in the bungalows?
All the bungalows have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, living room, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning/heating, cooking facilities, microwave and coffee machine. They also have a porch and private garden.
Are animals allowed?
Currently, animals are only allowed on plots, except in high season.
